If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Placement of the flower shall not be 100% same as the picture due to is fresh cut flower because every single stalks of flower is not the same. The foliage usage on the bouquet will be substitutes if the foliage is not available and substitute to the closest match.
For Opening and Condolences stand, The wrapper that use on the stand be using closest the photo colour because Wrapper design will change time to time.
Returns
You have [1] calendar days to log your complain and don't need to return the bouquet from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund, your bouquet must be proof with photo that the bouquet is not fresh and is not the bouquet you order.
Your bouquet needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will immediately investigate the complain according the reason on your reason such as bouquet is not fresh, the bouquet is not the design you order.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a 100% refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will not need to return the bouquet.
